Wealthy auto owners -- including those with extremely expensive cars -- rarely find anything to complain about with Chubb auto insurance. Chubb insures more than 60 percent of the people on Forbes' list of the 400 wealthiest Americans, and reviewers say it goes to great lengths to satisfy these clients. In fact, it's one of the top three insurance companies rated by people with at least $200,000 in gross yearly income and a minimum net worth of $750,000, according to a Luxury Institute survey.
The only insurer that gets higher marks from the wealthy is USAA, which is open only to military families. The Better Business Bureau and the New York State Insurance Department both grade Chubb based on its customer complaints -- or lack thereof. Insurance Journal reports on an insurance satisfaction survey of wealthy auto owners. Best's Review magazine judges Chubb's long-term financial strength.
