Insurance Claim, Insurance Policy

I had state farm for 15 years never filed a claim until now. I filed feb 3 2011. but the claim was not started until march 5, 2011.I have two big walls that are badly damaged. dry wall turning sift, paint chipping and dry wall falling off! celling leaking badly dripping insurance company down the walls and on to carpet, water going in thruogh the walls, water thruogh wndows, casing, gutters, shutters, wood structure aroung the garage, pipes in laundry, funture, curtians destoryed.

They send some one a mr ********, he knew nothing about constructions and how much it will cost. He new nothing about how the house was built. He said for one thing we will replace the carpet pad ut not the carpet, I said the whole thing because you can see the spots and dis color, and the carpet has been clued to the carpet padand to the slap, and his is all in one through out the house.thn i said you can just piece the wall it must come down, he said just paint it. he said i'm done, if you have any insurance company problems call the claim office in florida not indiana..

I called state farm back they said they would not send anyone else out. He did not even now thw rles for home asscastion., then I was told by the headquaters in dallas tx, that if he would not come back out to get a constrution person have them toa estimate and call themback.

Hurricane Bill (East coast) of September, 2009 blew off the cap from the top of my chimney at our home causing water intrusion that manifested itself this past summer. We called in a claim to State Farm (Corrine Hill) and she rejected our insurance company claim saying it's a maintenance issue (how crazy is that?) and refuses to pay for damages - about $8,000 plus carpentry.

If an insurance company rejects this, then homeowners should not have insurance. This woman made this decision and was adamant about not paying us for damages. If State Farm runs their company this way, then they're unethical and home owners should know about this before they take out insurance with State Farm.
