Auto mobile Insurance, Insurance Claims

On September 24, 2010, my daughter was driving my automobile insurance  and was hit as a result of the driver next to her (traveling in the same direction on a 4 lane thoroughfare) being rear-ended. The right front corner panel of my automobile insurance  collided with the left front quarterpanel of the other driver who drifted into her lane after being hit
. State Farm found my daughter liable for the damages to the front end of driver #2s car because they claim she could have slowed down to avoid being hit. She maintained her lane for the duration of the accident.

We had a house fire that the fire investigator deemed an accident on Oct 24, 2010. But the "special investigative unit" of state farm is acting like we burned our house down and they aren't fixing the house or paying for anything that we lost in the house so far. They keep calling us in for questioning and now we have to make a sworn statement with their lawyer on camera or our insurance claim will be dropped. Items have since been stolen from the house because we could not afford to board it up and they didn't do it so someone went in and stole a computer and other things but state farm won't cover it because they said it was up to us to secure the property.

My car was wrecked by my daughter. Has damage to the under carriage mostly. Cost estimated below $3000 to get repaired. My problem is, is that it's only 18 months old, fairly new. They are putting a used part on it (cradle). I argued about it with two different CR's at State Farm. I have been a State Farm customer since I was 18 I am now 55. So I added up all the premiums over the years and comes to about $80,000.00 And that includes homeowners insurance.

As much that I have paid this company over the years and have been a loyal customer, it irritates me to no end that they use used parts from other vehicles insurance and aftermarket parts. Vernonica said that they do put brand new OEM parts on brand new cars that are wrecked. Why are they allowed to pick and choose who gets brand new OEM parts?
