On August 28,2010 I leased new car and was shopping for car insurance.State Farm gave me best quote in the amount of 104 dollars a month which i agreed to. I was told I need to pay for two month in advance so I did. After a month I still have not received my permanent insurance card but instead got call from one of there agents saying my premium went up which i did not agree to and requested to cancel policy and give me refund for the second month i did not use.
After giving me about two weeks of run arounds including State Farm insurance not knowing who my agent was.I was contacted by one of them saying there is no refund for the second month but they will call me back as soon as they find out what is going on which of cause they never did.
On around 10/08/2010 i have received "confirmation of cancellation letter" along with bill for 231.72 and was explained that it was short rated charge. So for only one month of use State Farm insurance charged me 208 which they refuse to refund 104 for another month i did not use policy plus 231.72 fee.
Just now on December 01 they gave me reason why they raised my premium because "they could not validate my driving record before 06/25/2010" which is not my fault they could not, because i had my license for about 7 years now.Progressive could.
Also the reason they gave me about why i received this bill so late is because i provided wrong address and it came back to the company with "No such number" but there was no reason for me to do so since i was waiting for Permanent insurance card so once again it is not my fault.
So in my opinion if i never agreed to new quote State Farm had no right to charge me for it instead they should of honor there first quote and charge me for that, cancel my policy as i requested because once again i did not agree to new quote and give me my refund back.
Instead im getting treated like a fool, getting run arounds, and impression of a scam company i would not recommend to anyone.

I requested to have changes made to our current policy. Teh Pathfinder was supposed to be removed and the name changed. The agency took the wrong vehicle off of the coverage and messed up the name change. When I called them I was told that they had to make several changes to accomplish this.
No apologu just a lame explanation on what occurred. I checked on line to see if the corrections were made and the policy is still wrong. Such crappy service.
