Pegram, along with his team and family, has recently gained mainstream notoriety courtesy of a new reality program, Superbike insurance Family, which features the rider’s day-to-day life. The program began airing on Discovery HD Theater last month.

“Daytona didn’t go exactly how I had hoped,” said Pegram. “But the BMW S 1000 RR is a fast bike and I feel like we’ve really got it dialed in now. We’re looking forward to the next race and I think this is going to be a great season.”

Not one to slow down, Pegram has moved to the Barber Motorsports park this week, along with the Foremost Insurance Tampa Bay Jaw Surgery AIM Autosport automobile racing team, to practice and test for the Star Mazda Championship series presented by Goodyear.
