Several months ago I called one of the State Farm insurance Agencies for a quote, the quote was astronomically ridiculous. More than triple what I ended up paying ($1600 and I pay %500 for the exact same coverage) no tickets and no accidents, No DUI's nothing but because I hadn't had a car insurance on the road for awhile they put me in a ridiculous rate.
So i told them no. the person I talked to was kinda rude so I told her that I would NEVER buy State Farm ever. Mostly because of the ridiculous quote but the attitude of the person didn't sit well with me either.
Within a week I started getting mail from a State Farm insurance agency. I'm not sure if it was from the same agency as I really didn't pay much attention to the agency I talked with when I was called for the quote. At first I opened them and just tossed it in the trash. Then after a couple weeks I noticed they were from State farm so I just tossed them straight to the trash.
Well I kept getting more and more, so I started returning them unopened with a note written on them asking to be removed from their mailing list.
The letters continued to come. Sometimes 3-4 a week so I wrote a nasty letter TELLING them to stop. The letters stopped for a few weeks but suddenly started again. So I just started tossing them out. Then I got another one today and I've just had enough!
I'm not buying State Farm so I want to mailings to stop for good!

My car was hit by a state farm insured motorist at fault and did pay for body damage, but when trying to get the mechanicals finished under their suppplemental forms, state farm insurance would not return my calls.
